Reprefo VC fund provides eligible investors with exposure to a global buyout venture capital portfolio investing in disruptive private tech-, IoT- and SaaS growth companies, which are failing to commercialize. Target companies’ strategies are deemed to change their respective industries.

With Reprefo currently being in the process of raising capital from investors, the fund will be engaging in direct buyouts of target companies, which have high quality IP, and where management and entrepreneurs have failed to commercialize. Reprefo’s strategy revolves around identifying large and significant markets.

Reprefo Capital Real Estate Fund provides eligible investors with exposure to prime residential and commercial real estate assets across continental Europe, with focus towards Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Northern Italy, which are deemed to offer lucrative profit-sharing opportunity.

Within its investment mandate, the fund seeks to invest thematically in prime quality real estate assets, which are deemed to offer significant growth potential.

While partnering with real estate developers, as well as asset managers, the fund is currently raising capital from investors. The fund allocates all its investable capital to the real estate assets by investing in equity, which in turn, are offered by the developers through a Special Purpose Vehicle.
